Maggi and Lemon Salad Dressing

Want a really delicious alternative to vinaigrette dressing that’s not as tart but still healthy? My wife makes this it is awesome.


1/2 c   fresh lemon juice
1/2 c   extra Virgin Olive oil
               spice to taste (black pepper, parsley, oregano)
  1. Don’t add salt, Maggi has salt. It’s basically a soy sauce made from wheat instead of rice, slightly different but delicious taste
  2. If you refrigerate, the oil solidifies, you just have to run it under hot water a couple minutes before using.
  3. Shake well before pouring
